By Scott Robarge: Last week, LinkedIn announced their list of the world’s most In Demand employers. Google emerged as the top ranked company out of over 2 million companies on LinkedIn. LinkedIn did not share much data about how they ranked the winners. According to LinkedIn, they“analyzed billions of data points between members and companies and compared the data with surveys of thousands of members to determine a company’s familiarity and engagement score.” LinkedIn also“weighted member actions like viewing employee profiles, visiting Company Pages and following companies.”
If you are looking for a new job or simply interested in connecting with other professionals in and outside your field, with over 175 million members, LinkedIn is the world’s largest professional network. I have republished the top 20 InDemand employers below, for the rest of the list visit the LinkedIn blog: http://talent.linkedin.com/indemand/?trk=blog10.12.
