Scott Robarge is a recruiting consultant with over fifteen years of experience helping companies efficiently and effectively scale their organizations by hiring the best and brightest talent.  Beyond his main focus of recruiting/identifying specific talent his expertise also includes: defining and establishing recruiting process; programs and technology; establishing college recruiting strategy and programs as well as employer branding.  Career highlights include six years as one of three co-founders of a boutique recruiting firm that grew to thirteen people during the dotcom boom, followed by six years at salesforce.com in a variety of recruiting roles including managing operations and technology.  After salesforce.com Scott consulted with the venture capital firm Greylock Partners.  Most recently Scott founded Another8, a recruiting consultancy that partners with venture backed technology companies to assist them in meeting their aggressive hiring goals.

Beyond his professional career, Scott’s focus is his family and enjoying the outdoors.  He has a beautiful wife, son, daughter, dog and a cat.  When Scott’s not working or with his family, he enjoys being outside and will probably be doing one of the following activities: trail running, mountain or road biking, mountaineering, or skiing.  He is also an avid photographer.

Scott attended the University of Michigan where he received a Bachelors of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering. Go Blue!
